For more than three decades, Phil led Pletcher with integrity, growing the company into a trusted manufacturing partner for the Recreational Vehicle and Marine industries. When he retired in May 2022, the company remained in family hands, ensuring that the principles he established continue to shape our culture, our customer relationships, and our commitment to excellence.
