Founder Phil Pletcher Retires, Company Continues Under Family Leadership

After more than three decades of dedicated leadership, we proudly congratulate Phil Pletcher on his well-deserved retirement. Phil’s vision, commitment, and values shaped the foundation of our company and helped make Pletcher what it is today. His influence continues to guide the way we do business—from the quality of our products to the way we treat our team and customers.

While we’ll miss his steady presence and thoughtful leadership, we are incredibly excited for him as he steps into this next chapter.
